Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn apparel back into its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
